Little Boxes, 2012

Little Boxes was an archipelago of miniature homes on floating foam islands. Installed in a backyard pool, the piece exaggerated the bland, detached nature of the suburban tract, its faux-topian landscaping, and humorously predictable architecture.

Little Boxes was part of House Beautiful, a group exhibition curated by Jane O’Neill.
