Cosmic Creatures of the Realms @LACMA

Cosmic Creatures of the Realms was an installation for 2 Teen Night events serving 700+ youth at Los Angeles County Museum of Art. For this, I built a participatory installation with a video projection, lounge, and luminescent drawing activity based on the exhibit Creatures of the Land, Sea and Sky : Panamanian Art, featured inside the museum. Middle and high school students were invited to create drawings of sacred animals who were known for being able to traverse the realms, and attach them to fabric walls in an additive process. The projection showed footage of myself and animals moving through land, sea, and air.
